Our classes are non \u2013 refundable. We keep our classes small, and spaces are very limited and often booked out in advance. Therefore, if you need to make changes or cancel your booking, we require at least 48 hours\u2019 notice.<\/p>

If you need to change your booking and you have given us at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled class, we will endeavour to schedule you in the same class at another time [subject to availability]. This class must be within 8 weeks of your original booking.<\/p>

Cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of the scheduled class will be considered a forfeit.<\/p>

Due to the sequence of training techniques, if you are more than 15 minutes late to class, your booking may also be considered a forfeit and you will not be able to attend the class. We also cannot issue a certificate to participants who are not present for the entire course.<\/p>

We require a minimum number of participants to run each class. If we are unfortunately required to cancel a class, we will reschedule you in the same class at a time chosen by you [subject to availability].<\/p>

Please note this policy does not apply for group bookings or classes scheduled specifically to meet the needs of a group or individual.<\/p>

Classes purchased on sale are transferable [if made 48 hours or more before the start of your scheduled class] however, additional charges will likely apply.<\/p>

All classes run on a strict time schedule. If you are running late, please SMS our barista mobile phone on\u00a00403181671<\/a>\u00a0to advise our trainer.<\/p>

Please choose carefully. We can\u2019t give refunds unless the product is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown to you. When refunds are given they will be given in the form of a credit note, (valid for 6 months). Please make sure you keep your receipt for proof of purchase.<\/p>
